How to view notes

You can create as many notes as you wish for a patient. They are displayed in chronological order, from newest to oldest. You can select any note to view.

You can view the notes listed by the name of the note (this is the default view)

You can also view the notes in expanded form by using the eyeball feature. This lets you scroll through all the notes in full.

A feature of Cliniknote is that, while working on a note, you can use the tab button found on the right hand side of the note to quickly view your list of notes for that selected patient and quickly preview any note previously done for easy reference while completing your current note.
