Getting started – How to add users

Hello fellow clinician and practitioner. Welcome to Cliniknote – the iOS app and web-app that allows you to record and organise your clinical records your way!

This is the first of a series of support blogs outlining simple step by step tutorials on how to get the most out of this app.

Now that you have signed up as an admin you can add users that work at your clinic or practice easily. Select from your plan the amount of users you wish to have full access to the app and then set them up with their own user and password.

Firstly, you need to head over to the web-app where all the admin functions are performed. Type in your up-to-date browser the following or just click the link:

https://app.cliniknote.com

This will take you to the log in page.

Type in your user and login. This will take you to your dashboard.

When you first login you will have no patients. On the dashboard click on the small info and directory icon on the top corner of the webpage which will show you your practice name and user. It will give you two options: Log out or My Account.

Click on the My Account icon.

This will take you to your admin panel where you can add, delete and manage users as well as creating and uploading your templates for use with the drawing capability of the iOS app. To add a clinician in your practice, click add user:

This will take you to the add user screen which allows you to enter the user name and password or your new clinician.

Enter the details of your new clinician and assign to them a role of either a clinician or receptionist. A clinician is allowed to create patients and enter notes for any patient consultation whereas the receptionist role only allows you to create patient data. By clicking on the user it will bring up a screen which will allow you as the admin to edit their details and delete them if necessary.

And there you have it. Create your clinician and receptionist users and assign them their roles. Now you are ready to start creating patients, uploading and creating templates, and recording clinical notes online digitally.

Your practice. Your way.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
