With every subscription to Cliniknote, you have a free Reception or Frontdesk user. This allows a person to enter patient personal data, add an episode, upload any documents e.g. imaging reports or referrals. The limitation with a reception user is that they cannot enter any clinical consultation noted for the user e.g. text note, drawing notes or form template notes.

Below are the steps for you to easily create a reception user.

First login to you account on the Dashboard.

This will take you into your account screen. On the bottom plus button, select add New User.

This will take you to the add user screen. Add the details for the receptionist and click on the reception tick box only. This will allow the free Reception user account.

Once you have filled in the details you will see in your list of users the Free Reception User Account.
