Create inventory items and apply tax rates

Follow the simple steps to easily add inventory or items your clinic / location may sell.

Go to settings, then inventory and services.

Here you can add any non-clinical service item you may sell, that is, not an appointment type, and create items for the inventory by giving it a code, name and any category you may wish to place it in for faster search. Please note you can search by parameter – code, name and category.

For example, if you clinic sells a back brace.

Name the item, and assign the cost and also the tax if applicable. This would look like

Code – BRAC, Description – Lumbar Back Brace, Category – Braces and Supports, Unit price – $50 and tax applicable – 10% tax.
