Where do unsigned-notes go?

If you are working on a note and have note completed it, the note will be automatically saved as an unsigned note once you leave the notes screen you are working on.

Click on the patient’s icon on the left hand side quick select bar and it will give you a list of the patients in your clinic as well any unsigned notes you have started but not completed.

Click on the unsigned note, continue to work on it and then once finished, click the lock button.
