Types of Clinical notes

There are many ways to create a note in Cliniknote and they are as follows:

• New text note – plain text editor
• New form note – any template you have created which may include text and drawing fields
• Drawing note – a template that you draw over. ( we recommend the apple pen for best experience)
• Photo upload – upload a photo of patient or use it as a scanning device to copy an xray report for example.
