How to create a note

Once in the patient dashboard and with the patient and episode selected, use the plus button to select the type of note you want to create.

You can make 4 types of notes:

• New text note – plain text editor
• New form note – any template you have created which may include text and drawing fields
• Drawing note – a template that you draw over. ( we recommend the apple pen for best experience)
• Photo upload – upload a photo of patient or use it as a scanning device to copy an xray report for example.
