How to access the template library

To set up a new template you can go to the template library to download into your account some preloaded templates and forms you can use quickly and easily.

Go to the settings tab, then go to Clinician forms and here you can access the template library.

The template library has 3 types of templates:

1. Drawing

2. Form note (combination of drawing, text fields and radio buttons)

3. Consent / Intake forms

View and search for them by category.

New templates will be added to the template library regularly.
