Duplicate clinical note function

For ease and speed of writing notes, Cliniknote has a duplicate notes function.

To find the duplicate notes function, open a note that you have already started or completed.

Locate the duplicate icon on the top of the note.

Select the duplicate note icon and it will duplicate the note you are on and time stamp it as a new note from the day/ time you duplicated it.

Continue to work on that note and sign-off when completed as you would a regular note.

This feature is valuable when you don’t need to change a lot of clinical note data in between visits. When you duplicate the note you can always edit that note with the minor changes needed.

This feature will save you time and money!
