Viewing Mindbody Pass Invoices – Cliniknote Integration

The integration will produce invoices for any passes used by your patients to attend Mindbody classes run by active Cliniknote users. To get the best experience, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure to upload your business logo from the Practice settings
2. Ensure to add your ABN / Business Tax Number in practice location found in Practice settings if you wish it to appear on the invoices.
3. On the ClinikNote sidebar, click on the invoices icon (highlighted pink), then click “Sync Invoices”
4. Any invoices that are able to be created will appear shortly after.
5. These can also be viewed for a specific patient via the patient dashboard by clicking on “Invoices” and use the “Sync Invoices” button to update.
